Goal:
Explain the differences between ARM and x86 processors, their varying use cases, and why the user should choose Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) for ARM use cases.

My role:
Research ARM and x86 processors, set the article’s goals and content outline, and write the article, consulting SMEs on the information included and its overall correctness and clarity. Perform search-engine optimization to ensure those searching the topic can find it easily. Monitor page performance periodically and adjust as needed to improve.

Impact:
Article ranked high for search, bringing new users to the site and directing them to additional Red Hat information and resources.

Audience:
General topic searchers, Red Hat users

Goal:
Explain IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS as concepts, the differences between each, examples, and how they work. Give examples of each type of service that Red Hat offers and why the reader should feel confident choosing them.

My role:
Set overall goals for the article and determine article structure. Research and clearly explain each type of service, the Red Hat options available for consideration, and what makes Red Hat a great choice. Consult SMEs as needed for questions. Perform SEO on the article to make sure it’s easy to find. Monitor page performance periodically and adjust as needed to improve.

Impact:
Article performed well perennially, bringing new users to the site and directing them to additional Red Hat information and resources.

Goal:
Explain container orchestration, its benefits, and its use cases. Talk about container orchestration tools and how they work, and explain Red Hat has the best tools and expertise available to the user for container orchestration.

My role:
Research container orchestration, the tools used for it, and the benefits of it. Establish the goals of the article, the order of the article structure, and work with SMEs to fully understand the topic and explain the advantages of using Red Hat products and services to manage containers across use cases and platforms. Optimize the article page for search and monitor performance to ensure it continues to rank high.

Impact:
Article performed well in keyword search, generating new traffic to the RH site and related RH pages.

Goal:
Explain the concept of multitenancy, its relation to cloud computing, and its use cases. Expound on its benefits, but also explain why single-tenancy may be preferable in some instances. Describe how multitenancy works with Linux and Kubernetes and how Red Hat can help.

My role:
Research the overall topic, general use cases, and Red Hat integration. Establish the goals and order of the article content and write, making the content as easy to read and understand as possible. Consult SMEs to establish validity and effectiveness. Optimize the article for keyword search and check page performance occasionally to maintain high ranking in search results to maximize audience reached.

Impact:
Metrics showed article generated new traffic to RH’s site and increased KPIs of related pages.

Goal:
Define the Linux kernel and its role within the Linux operating system in clear, approachable language. Establish how years of experience and expertise make Red Hat Enterprise Linux the most solid foundation for the reader’s OS goals, and point them to where they can go to learn more.

My role:
Establish the article’s goals and write the content as simply and concisely as possible with a relatable tone informs without being condescending. Use in-line links to point readers to helpful resources and point them to how to get started. Optimize page for search.

Impact:
Article gained a wide audience and ranked high for engagement and continuation to related pages.
